6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Platform for any illegal, harmful, or unauthorised purpose
• Harass, abuse, threaten, or intimidate teachers, staff, or other students
• Post or transmit offensive, defamatory, or inappropriate content
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform or other users' accounts
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Platform
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's operation or servers
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
• Engage in cheating, plagiarism, or academic dishonesty
• Use VPNs or proxy servers to circumvent geographic restrictions
• Create multiple fake accounts or manipulate reviews/ratings

• You retain ownership of content you submit (questions, answers, feedback, etc.).
• By submitting content, you grant Vidyaro a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, modify, reproduce, and display your content for Platform operations and marketing purposes.
• You represent that your submissions do not violate any third-party rights or laws.
• We reserve the right to remove any user content at our sole discretion without notice.

• Course access is granted for the duration specified at purchase (typically 1 year unless otherwise stated).
• Recorded lectures remain accessible during your active subscription period only.
• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any course or feature without notice.
• Class schedules are subject to change. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of cancellations or rescheduling.
• We are NOT liable for missed classes due to your internet connectivity, device issues, or personal circumstances.
• One device can stream content at a time per account. Simultaneous streaming on multiple devices is prohibited.

• Your violation of any rights of another party
• Your submission of any content

• Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately and you lose access to all course materials.
• No refunds will be provided for accounts terminated due to violations.

• Use of third-party payment gateways (Cashfree), video streaming services (Mux), CDN (Bunny.net), and cloud services (Cloudflare) is subject to their respective terms and policies.

Your use of the Platform is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you acknowledge:

• Your personal data is collected and processed as described in the Privacy Policy
• You have provided explicit, affirmative consent (via the registration checkbox) as required under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023
• A timestamped record of your consent is maintained by Vidyaro for DPDP compliance purposes
